Why Spend the Money?
I saw this headline/teaser in the paper today:
MMSD to study source of fecal matter
MMSD will spend up to $450,000 to expand its investigation into the sources of human fecal bacteria found in storm sewers discharging to local Lake Michigan beaches and the Milwaukee, Menomonee and Kinnickinnic rivers.
I can tell them exactly what the source of fecal matter is–people going to the bathroom. Do I get the $450,000?
