And he chose little Green Bay, you know the town where if you are black people walk up to you and ask you what position you play. But he IS definately the the #1 signing of all time. His presence in Green Bay is the reason for the team's turnaround in the 90's he is the one responsible for all of the other free agents coming to Green Bay over the years building the championship teams.
