TWENTY DAYS is a lonnnnnnnggggggg time to be offended and not go personally to the police or speak of the offense to her closest friend(s) & most probably have one of them report the horrific deed if she couldn't bring herself to do it. I am just an outsider looking in but ....the offense occured 9/9/05...Police report shoulda/woulda/coulda been dated 9/9 or 9/10 at the latest. Not 9/29! Why didn't she run out screaming bloody murder right then and there? I am older than 30 but I remember when I WAS 30, and I tell you what....this man would have had a very hard time ever taking a leak again if this 'alleged crime' had ever been done to me at that age or any age!
