		<description>Just cause the DNA wasn't his in the first case doesn't mean that he didn't commit the crime.  It just means that whatever sample they had was not his.  He could have been there with someone else and the other guy left the trace...  Or he learned some new and nasty tricks in prison..

Any way it looks like he's in for some more jail time now.  Not very cool dude.

Although he might win the case against the county and then have a million dollars to spend on cigarettes in jail.</description>
