		<description>Why does the tallest building concept have to come down to who has the tallest anntenae on top of it??? I think the contest should be based highest occupied room... Otherwise I could just throw a weather balloon on top of my house and a 3000 foot cable and take the record.. I think it is the same concept.</description>
