Weird Things
Now, I’ve seen some odd pictures… and honestly, there isn’t anything that crazy about a few buffalos that got away from a farm in Maryland. What did strike me as odd/stupid is this:
1. Who knew buffalo could hurdle tennis nets? Isn’t that a skill that must be taught? What kind of “farm” is this??
2. What’s up with the crappy, yellow, blow-up pool that the police put up? Please don’t tell me that’s for the buffalo to “refresh” themselves. I’m no rocket scientist, but from the way the picture looks, there’s no way 1/2 of that buffalo is going to get its rear in the pool.
Anyone have any answers?
Well first they are not buffaloes, they are bison, Amercian bison. And bison can run very fast hence they have a huge upper body to help them run with their FRONT legs. So to answer your question, the second part of teh bison will easily get over the net - it also is the lighter end. As for the yellow tub, what the frig? I have no idea.

It’s hard to imagine something so beefy (and that makes a decent burger) hurdling anything. That’s like imaginging cows tap dancing. Supporting all that weight on their tippy toes can’t be good for them. Plus the tutu makes them look fat.
