Kimberly Johnson, the mother of six who was killed on 11/27/04 was a friend of mine. Are they lacking law enforcement in Utah?? I cannot imagine how her children must feel to see her death go unpunished without even an apology to her family. I am unable to comprehend how Mr. Darrell Kunzler, rancher,

This has been over 2 years and with many appeals this case has dragged on and on. Mr Kunsler is still not in jail but my daughters 6 children are without a mother and her husband is still without his beautifuly loving wife. This does not take into consideration the people that Mr. Kunsler's cows caused accidents and injurys to other people and put everyone in that area at risk of serious injuries. The trial date has been set for Dec. 11, 2006. We will see what happens. I am the father of the woman with 6 children that was killed in the accident with the
