		<description>southbeach... yuck! i tried the atkins diet... did it for one day, realized that it was TOUGH to do and then proceeded to do it for 16 more days SOLELY to prove that i could. hell! i didnt even NEED to do it. but i feel for you nonetheless.

		<description>Unfortunately, the slim fast shakes aren't actually the healthiest thing and don't work well with this diet. 

I got this off of the Slim Fast Website for the Creamy Milk Chocolate Shakes:
1 can has...
220 calories
3 grams fat
40 grams of carbs
34 grams of sugars

For some people, yes, going from a 1180 calorie value meal from McDonalds to a Slim Fast shake that has 220 calories is good, but for the South Beach Diet, the stress is on low or NO sugars and low or NO fats.  Not to mention the calories would add up fast.

BUT, I do know I need to start eating breakfast, you're completely right, Bon.  So, breakfast from now on is going to be some fat free cottage cheese, cinnamon, and splenda.  Sounds pretty good...</description>
