It helps when you stay home sick from work not to eat all day. I had a killer migraine yesterday, so I didn’t eat much. Leave it to being sick to lose weight.

Dinner: Buffalo Chicken, green beans
Dessert: Fudgesicle, string cheese
Weight loss/gain: lost 1 lb (4 lbs total)
